Ignore Case
If checked, the file compare engine will ignore case diferences in the compared files.

Ignore Blanks
If checked, blank lines will not be flagged as modified

Show Syntax Highlighting
If Checked, files with associated syntax Highlighting will be highlighted.

Ignore foreground colors
If Checked, and syntax highlighting is active, the selected foreground color will not be used. Instead the default syntax highlighting will be used.

Colors
Allows choosing the colors for added, modified or deleted lines.
